Pricing questions answered

A credit is the unit of usage on TextCharm. Each time you generate content, a small number of credits are deducted from your balance. Simple, short outputs (a meta title, an ad headline) cost 1–3 credits. Longer or more complex outputs — a full article, an onboarding email sequence, or a legal document — cost more, reflecting the greater AI compute required. Credits reset on your plan renewal date each month.

Every new account receives 20 free credits on sign-up — no credit card required. The credits are valid for 30 days and are enough to try a range of tools and see real output before deciding whether to upgrade. Free credits cannot be used on tools costing 10 or more credits per generation.

Credit rollover depends on the plan. Where rollover is included, any unused credits from the current month are carried forward to the following month and used first, before the fresh monthly allocation. Check the plan card above to see whether your plan includes rollover.

You can purchase a credit top-up pack from your billing dashboard at any time. Top-up packs are available in several sizes and the credits don't expire while your account is active. If you find you regularly run out before renewal, upgrading to the next plan tier is typically more cost-effective than buying top-ups monthly.

Annual billing pays for 12 months upfront at a reduced monthly rate — roughly 20% less than the equivalent monthly price. Your credits still refresh every month on the same date; annual billing is a payment discount, not a credit advance. You can switch from monthly to annual billing at any time from your billing dashboard.

TextCharm accepts all major credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, and American Express — processed securely by Stripe. Your card is charged automatically on your renewal date and you'll receive a receipt by email. We do not currently accept PayPal, cryptocurrency, or bank transfer.

You can cancel from the billing dashboard at any time — no cancellation fee, no email required. When you cancel, your subscription stays active and your credits continue to refresh until the end of the current billing period. You won't be charged again after cancellation. Any saved content in your library remains accessible.

Annual plan payments cancelled within 14 days of the payment date are considered for a refund on request — contact support with your account email and we'll sort it out. Monthly plan charges are non-refundable. Credit top-up packs are non-refundable once purchased.

Yes. TextCharm uses Stripe for all payment processing. Your card number and payment details are entered directly into Stripe's secure, PCI-DSS-compliant payment form and are never transmitted to or stored on our servers.
